三、Performance characteristics:
(1) Powerful function, one machine can achieve labeling of 4 types of products (square bottle, round bottle, flat bottle, irregular bottle)
(2) The high-power AC motor, combined with a large capacity frequency converter to adjust the speed, makes the bottle feeding speed more stable and facilitates the improvement of labeling accuracy.
(3) Chinese and English operation interface, Siemens operating system, easy to learn operation, with the characteristics of no labeling for any object, automatic calibration and automatic detection for no label;
(4) The label feeder adopts an eight position space adjustment, suitable for conical bottle products, and it is more convenient and fast to change the size of different types of products.

(5) The flexible pressing and guiding mechanisms are adjusted, and the clever design of the mechanical adjustment part's structured combination and label winding makes it easy to fine tune the labeling position with 6 degrees of freedom (which can be fixed after adjustment), making the conversion adjustment and label winding between different products simple and time-saving;
(6) During the process of flattening the label with multiple scrapers, the non powered sponge is pressed down to complete multiple steps without generating any bubbles, making it suitable for transparent label labeling.
