一、Product Introduction:

Suitable for soy sauce, fruit vinegar, juice and beverage products. This assembly line mainly consists of products such as bottle sorting,

bottle washing, filling, capping and capping, labeling, and sealing.

Bottle washing machine parameters:
1. Number of bottle washing heads: 6
2. Suitable specifications: limited to samples provided by customers (different products require replacement parts or adjustment of certain components)
3. Bottle washing method: Flip the bottle upside down, blow water first and then blow air.
4. Bottle washing speed: about 2500 bottles/hour (the speed will vary depending on the set cleaning time)
5. Material: The rack is made of stainless steel
6. Program control: PLC+touch screen
Filling machine parameters:

1. Number of filling heads: 6

2. Filling capacity: Customers provide samples

 3. Filling form: Submerged self flowing multi head filling

4. Filling speed: about 2500 bottles/hour (calculated at 180ML, depending on the size of the bottle mouth and the material)

5. Filling accuracy: ± 1%

6. Material: The filling rack is made of stainless steel

7. Program control: PLC+touch screen

8. Materials for liquid contact parts such as filling nozzles and material troughs: 304 # stainless steel, food grade PVC

Labeling machine parameters: 

1. Applicable bottle range: according to the sample provided by the customer; 

2. Scope of applicable labels: Based on customer provided samples (non transparent adhesive labels); 

3. Production capacity: 3000 bottles/hour; 

4. Labeling accuracy: ± 1mm

 5. Conveyor belt: 152mm wide POM chain belt, speed 0-15 meters/minute, height above ground 800mm ± 25mm

 6. Conveyor motor: 370W variable frequency speed regulating motor 

7. Power supply: 220V/50HZ single-phase;
