What is the reason why the vacuum capping machine cannot tighten the lid tightly

Firstly, we need to know the working principle of this machine, how to make the machine extract the air from the glass bottle and quickly screw the lid.

Secondly, it consists of two sets of molds, an inner mold and an outer mold. There is a rotating cylinder placed on top, which presses the bottle during machine operation,

 keeping the glass bottle in a completely sealed state.

By using the strong pressure of the cylinder to extract the air inside the mold, the lid was also tightened.

1. Some factories produce lids that are handmade and not suitable for machine use. These lids cannot be tightened when used on machines.
2. The lid is very soft and there are few adhesive strips, which can also cause air leakage
3. The lid is too loose, too tight and slippery, and there are oil stains on the lid.
